Inclement Weather: If Carroll County Schools are closed or close early, all Cub Scout activites for that day are cancelled. Late openings do not affect scouting events.
This is the home page for Cub Scout Pack 716, chartered by St. Paul's UM Church in Sykesville, MD. We're a fun bunch of scouts and we would love to have you join us. We do all the usual things Cub Scouts normally do, but we have way above the average amount of fun while we're at it. That's because we have a great group of scouts, parents, and leaders, who go more than the extra mile to make sure the kids have fun.
